The Residencial LARIMAR is ideal to spend your holidays in the center of Salou and close to the main beach, Levante. This apartment is for 6 people, close to where the main shops, restaurants are located, a few meters from bus stops, taxis, supermarkets and pharmacies. 2 km from Port Aventura and its golf course, the Aquopolis water park.
Accommodation: The residence has two tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts, a children's area and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
Nice apartment, fully equipped. Located in the center of salou. The house consists of:
- 1 double room with a matrimonial bed.
- 1 single room with two single beds.
- Dining room equipped with climate table, chairs, television and exit to a terrace with beautiful views of the city and a side view of the garden.

The environment
The apartment is located in the heart of Salou next to Plaza Europa, 600 meters from the beach, around it you will find restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic vacation with family or friends, they have the Aquopolis water park 3km away, Port Aventura a 15-minute walk away, entertainment, restaurants at street level.

Salou, the capital of the Costa Daurada, is certified as a Family Tourism Destination. Thus, young and old alike will be able to live an unforgettable experience walking along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other great activities. Similarly, all those who rent it, I can give you directions, recommendations, city maps, if you do any sport in particular I can tell you where you can practice it that the little ones can do.
House's rules:
pets are not allowed
1º. We are available for any questions with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels (towels €4 pax, optional).
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am
4º. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. Wi-Fi is free.
8th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
9º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
