The house is located in a very quiet street in the small village of Vilamaniscle (+/-220 inhabitants), has a large and sunny terrace with views of the village. The village of Vilamaniscle is located 3 km from Garriguella and 20 km from Figueres (capital of the district). The nearest beaches are the Llançà / Grifeu (15 km) and Port de la Selva (20 km). Municipal swimming pool.

The house is in a very pleasant area and with many possibilities for practicing cultural activities, contact with nature and sports at only 1/2 hour away, as for example: The village of Cadaqués with its narrow streets that lead to the beaches and the Dalí House-Museum is 30 km (36 '), Figueres, capital of the region, with its extensive commercial offer and the Salvador Dalí Museum at 22 km (26 '). The imposing monastery of San Pere de Rodes is 17.5 km (28 '). To enjoy the nature we are in the límtes of the Natural Park of Cap de Creus, the Natural Park "Els Aiguamolls de l’Empordà" we have it to 27 km (28 '), the Natural park of the Albera to 17 km (23 '). And the beaches of the Costa Brava from Llançà to 16 km (17 ') and from Port de la Selva to 23 km (28 '). Girona 65 km / Barcelona 155 km (1 h 55 ').
