Natural sweet wine made from 100% large-grained Muscat, also known as Roman Muscat or Muscat from Alexandria.
Harvested manually at its optimum aroma.
Light carbonic maceration, pressed pneumatically, static clarification and fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures.
Mutage with wine alcohol.
Not aged.
White wine, pale yellow color with golden highlights.
Intense nose with hints of white flowers and minty notes.
Stands out in the mouth for its balance and persistence.
Between 9º and 11º C.
Aperitif and dessert wine.
Can be equally served to accompany foie-gras or to pep up fruits or, simply as a drink at any time.
