Three bedroom apartment in fashionable Eixample

This bright and airy three bedroom apartment is located on the 8th floor in the fashionable city district of Eixample. Nearby you will find everything you can think of, like bars, restaurants, shops and several supermarkets. Stylish and spacious, the apartment is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It can comfortably accommodate up to seven people.

The apartment has a sunny  room combined with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a clean modern bathroom. There is even a private terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the city and really make the most of Barcelona´s fantastic climate. The apartment comes with modern amenities such as Internet, Satellite TV with international channels, air-conditioning and an elevator, ensuring a comfortable stay in the city.

Metro station: Rocafort (L1)

The Rocafort metro station is on the L1 line (red metro line) and located on the junction of streets Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and Carrer de Rocafort in the Eixample district of Barcelona. The L1 metro line connects to the centre of Barcelona and it connects directly to Plaza Espanya metro where the Fira Montjuic exhibition area is located. At Plaza Espanya station you can change on the same ticket to the FGC trains that go to the Fira Gran Via Exhibitions area.

Plaça Espanya is a lovely plaza just 10 minutes from the apartment, where many of the main roads in Barcelona, such as Gran Via and Paral.lel intersect. The main draw to Plaça Espanya is the Palau Nacional which is the Museum of Catalan art, stands regally up on the side of Montjuïc. It's stunning and there is never a better time to see it than when it is lit up at night with the Magic Fountain in front.

There is a lot to be seen around and at Montjuïc. The Fira area with its large halls leading up to the Palau Sant Jordi, where there are various events and conventions every month.

Turn right just before the steps up to the Palau Sant Jordi and you will find the Caixa Forum which is a large, spacious art museum which always has a good and varied program.

Go on a little further and you will see the Mies Van de Rohe Pavilion which was architecturally far beyond it's time when it was built in 1929. Keep on going and there is Poble Espanyol that was built the same year as the Pavilion for the World Fair. Poble Espanyol is a curious village of houses built to represent the vast architectural styles of the different parts of Spain. There are restaurants, craft shops and a museum of modern art at the Poble Espanyol. During the night several bars and clubs make the area come alive with their buzzling activities.

There are also a few bars up on Montjuïc with gorgeous views of the city. It's probably best to take a taxi if you don't want to have to walk quite a way up hill. It is worth it to see those beautiful views!

The price includes bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Please inform us in due time before arrival if you wish to request a baby cot and/or high chair - free of charge.

Private closed parking 5 minutes walking from the apartment -  special price for our clients 20 EUR / day.
