Located in the heart of the Gracia district, this apartment allows to enjoy Barcelona through different prismas.

Unique, authentic, cozy, modern and above of all very alive. These are some of the adjectives that describe perfectly the Gracia district. Integrated in the city center, Gracia seems a completely different world. Gracia was an independent town until the late nineteenth century and even today the community is small and closed but active and very cozy.

Hundreds of streets and numerous squares with their characteristic environments form the labyrinthine context of one of the most special neighbouhoods of Barcelona. Modern design, traditional crafts, traditional restaurants , local residents and foreigners come together in what is known as La Vila de Gracia, a neighborhood in which those who visit feel immediately at home. Specially for young peolple, Gracia is a traditional and familiar neighborhood with a large population of seniors. This creates a curious and funny mixture that makes it a special place to sit and enjoy people watching!

One of the best advantages of this neighborhood is that there are not many tourists around and feel like you've discovered a new and different space. So, Gracia is the perfect place for those looking for something a little different beyond the monuments and tourist areas or for those who may have visited Barcelona and want to experience a different tourism. Easily accessible from the center of Barcelona, Gràcia is a really suitable place for everyone.

A person can enter at Gracia and not leaving as there are thousands of things to see and do. One of the best options is undoubtedly miss browsing through the streets and squares of the neighborhood. The shoppers will find their paradise in Gracia and also those who prefer cultural activities like cinemas, theaters and traditional and trendy exhibition halls.

Güell Park
Located in the northern part of Gracia is one of the most beautiful and unique place in Barcelona. This is the Park Guell, designed by the great architect Antoni Gaudí. It is an ideal place for walking, listening to musicians that embellish the different areas of the park, admire stunning views of Barcelona and enjoy the architectural genius that Gaudí gave to Barcelona with this park.

Gracia festivities taking place the third week of August are a benchmark in the city. A part from seven days of activities in the streets with hundreds of concerts, exhibitions and performances, neighborhood streets decorating contest is certainly the culmination of these celebrations. And is that residents spend a whole year to prepare a special decoration for each street and participate in the contest. The results are truly amazing and well worth strolling through the streets dressed in that week.
