The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a 130cm double bed, the other with two 90cm beds, it is air-conditioned, it has wiffi (optional €5 per day), a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and access to a large terrace. overlooking the garden In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.
The building does not have an elevator.
Animals are not permitted.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/person.
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.
Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
