A very elegant and original wine was obtained, with an high-intensity nose in which we can appreciate different types of bouquets: citrus (orange and tangerine), floral (lemon tree and rose) and fruits (lychee). On the palate it is tasty, fresh, elegant and balanced. It has a lot of texture, is glyceric and balsamic, with a long, persistent finish.
It combines very well with pretty strong dishes like smoked fish or meat, salmon tartare, duck breast, Iberian ham, baked raclette cheese with boiled potatoes, roasted Burgos suckling lamb, sirloin steak with mushroom sauce...
