De-stemmed grapes, fermented at a 28 ºC.
A year of ageing in tank and 3 months in an Ohio American oak barrel.
Bright, from a good vine and with a ruby red colour.
Fine aroma with enough intensity. Its ageing provides slight vanilla scents and a background smell of coffee.
Pleasant and of moderate acidity. Enough consistency and essences. Good balance in tannins.
Good aroma on the palate with slight flavours of the variety. After taste of medium persistence.
Delicatessen, starters, pasta, white meat, stews and young cheese.
