The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 25ºC and 28°C. After a more or less long maceration, the wine is aged in barrel for about twelve months. When this period finishes, the blending of the different varieties takes place.
Red wine with intense color. Powerful aroma of ripe fruit, mineral notes and aging in oak. In the mouth, it is gentle and sweet with fine tannins well integrated, end of long and persistent.
