Right on the nose with notes of wild black berries, brambles and strawberries in the forest. Intense attack in the mouth, in step with fruit liqueur, licorice mature skins. Powerful but not aggressive.
Ageing during twelve months with Allier, french oaks barrels.
Vintage respecting traditional farming practices.
