CASTELL DE PANISSARS RED

The barrel-aged wine “Castell de Panissars” is elaborated with the red varieties of Carignane, Grenache and Tempranillo and according to the tradition of Empordà winemakers.

After the classic long-term maceration intended to extract the greatest aromas and tastes, follows a skilful ageing in American oak barrels which enhances these aromas and achieves a perfect balance between the fruity character and the complexity of the wood.
