|
Aroa 2006 is produced from grapes of Red Grenache and Marselan, harvested and selected by hand at the optimum moment of maturity. For vinification, at a controlled temperature of 20 to 22 degrees, the classic techniques ( prolonged maceration, “racking and return”, pumping over ) are employed to produce the perfect combination of polyphenols and polysaccharides, that in addition to the aromas are the elements that give the wine
its complex structure.
Aged for 12 months in barrels of lightly toasted French Allier oak.
Vineyard Planting: Red Grenache (year 1961) y Marselan (year 2000)
Vineyard production: 27,50 hl/ha
Bottle production: Production limited to 2.222 bottles of 75cl.
Her femininity, softness and elegance appears on the nose, contributed by balsamic notes of the Red Grenache. In his palate surprises us with the explosiveness and the rebellion of the Marselan
