Nose: Focussed and complex wine bouquet, unlimited freshness sensations (daybreak) with pleasant smoked touches. Remarkable black fruits (plum) and red fruits (cherry & pomegranate) aromas.
Palate: Olfactory sensations remind. Long length and mouth filling wine, balsamic background, tannins melt in mouth, with soft and agreeable smocked touches. As a result this is a distinguished, attractive and deep wine.
Suitable with game:
Small & bird game hunting: rabbit, hare, partridge, quail, pheasant, cock pigeon…
Big game hunting: deer, wild boar
Row sheep’s milk fat cheeses (Torta del Casar, Torta La Serena, Idiazábal) and also cow’s milk (Brie, Maó),
Goat cheese matured in ashes and fungus, raw cow’s milk cheese (Íbores).
Dark chocolate dessert: chocolate truffle iced.
