The different varieties are fermented separately in fermentation tanks of stainless steel and cooled to a temperature of 20ºC. They are pumping over twice daily and emptied/drained after 20-30 days from the start of fermentation depending on variety. The prolonged incubation is determined by tasting. The fermentation malolactic is carried out in the warehouse.

A cherry colour with a violet rim. Fresh and power aroma, expressive, mature fruit (cherry and cranberry...) and cocoa. In the mouth it is fresh, extensive, fruity with discreet notes of beautifully integrated oak.
