Estate property of the family. Planted on terraces in 1988 and located 700 metres high.
Clay loam texture.
October.
The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 25ºC and 28°C. After maceration, the wine is aged in barrels for 18 months.
Reddish purple, clean and bright. Complex aroma (tobacco, black fruit, coffee, peat). In the mouth it shows large, round and good structure. Long persistence.
