A intense wine of deep cherry-red colour and a hint of purple.
In the nose an intense, complex and elegant aroma. Rich in hints of very rip fruits, aromas of different spices and others such as liquorice and crystallized fruit.
Very expressive of the aromas and flavours of the varieties employed.
A full-bodied wine, full of flavour and well strctured. A good balance between smothness, acidity and tannins, with a persistent ending. Aftertaste is elegant, long and full of flavour.
A wine with character, well-balanced and tasty.
Its constitution ensures a long life, if kept in optimum conditions.
Red meats and all kinds of game, sauces, cheeses and "Ibérico" sausages.
