The visual effect is one of an intense dark cherry colour.
Complex aromas combining the effects of ageing in the barrel. aromas of spices, smoke with hints of red fruits.
In the mouth we find a ripe red fruit, tones of spices (pepper, rose), cedar and black liquorice.
Full texture with vigorous tannins and full range of aromatic expressiveness of long duration.
A very fruity wine with which the oak forms a good combination.
This wine's constitution endows it with a long life, if kept in optimum conditions.
Recommended for red meats, indispensable with roasts and game. Cured cheeses.
