Well structured and complex, floral nose with red fruits and mineral notes.
It has a very smooth entrance where we find the same elements detected in the nose.
Clear and persistent.
Appropriate for all white and red meats. Ideal for dishes with rice, red meats and all semi cured or cured cheeses.
