Very intense pillory red colour.
An aroma of firm intensity, complex, fine and with hints of minerals and fruits which perfectly reflect the aromas of the aging process.
Rich in the mouth, meaty, full and with a long aftermouth.
A potent, exuberant wine produced from our oldest Garnacha and Cariñena vineyards, whose average age is over 70 years and to which is added a small proportion from our own Cabernet Sauvignon production. In each case, the vines are planted in terraces abounding in dark slate, which lends a special mineral flavour to the wine.
A wine whose qualities ensure a very good evolution in the bottle, if kept in optimum conditions.
Roasts, red meats, grilled meats, game, cheeses, etc.

Prior decanting is recommended.
