Deep, dark red with a violet opaque.
The outstanding aromas are ripe fruits, pomegranates and blackberries, as well as balsamic features. Some time after uncorking the bottle the aromas of sweet vanilla and of wood appear.
Abundance of tannin in the mouth, but at the same time elegant, mature and deep.
A highly concentrated fresh winw, with a well-integrated acidity, producing an interesting balance between its wine qualities an its great structure.
A wine whose qualities ensure a very good evolution in the bottle, if kept in optimum conditions.
Roasts, red meats, grilled meats. game, cheeses, etc.

Decanting is recommended.
