Red wine aged for 3 months in French oak barrels.
70% Garnacha tinta, 20% Cariñena, 10% Syrah.
30 year old vines pruned in the traditional system with yields of 2500-3500 kg/Hectare.
Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 24°C for 22 days.
Rich red fruits, black pepper, liquorice and light toasted notes.
Complex and well balanced, reminiscent of the nose.
Appropriate for all kinds of red and white meats, either grilled or with sauces and fried or roast vegetables.
Most appropriate for Iberian cured meats, patés and cured cheeses.
