Red wine aged for 10 months in new and second year French Allier oak barrels.
33% Garnacha tinta – 33% Cariñena – 18% Syrah – 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
20 year old vines pruned in the traditional system with yields of 2000-3700 kg/Hectare.
Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 24°C for 27 days
Ripe red fruits, minerals, spices and liquorice.
Reminiscent of the sensations it gives on the nose.
It is a long and well defined wine. Ideal for red meats, stews, casseroles, fish dishes with sauces and all sorts of semi-cured and cured cheeses.
