8-hour maceration.
Fermentation during 10 days at 15º - 16º C.
Intense pink colour, with a bright surface.
Moderate intensity aroma, with slight scents of red fruits.
Good entry, lively, with a good aroma on the palate and marked, moderately persistant after taste.
It is suitable for starters, smoked food and anchovies, rice and pasta, meat and fish.
Perfect as an aperitif wine.
Especially suitable for simply cooked fish and seafood.
