8-hour maceration.
Fermentation during 10 days at 15º - 16º C.
Intense pink colour with a bright surface.
Medium intensity aroma with slight scents of red fruits.
Good entry, lively and with a good aroma on the palate. Marked after taste of medium persistance.
Suitable for starters, smoked food and anchovies, rice and pasta, meat and fish.
Perfect as an apperitif wine.
Specially suitable for simply cooked fish and seafood.
