This wine shows the good adaptation of the Cabernet Sauvignon to our “La Fabulina” vineyards on the “Cal Costas” estate.
Pellicular maceration at a very low temperature. Separation of the must and slow fermentation at controlled temperature.
Ripe cherry colour. Intense aroma of red fruit compotes and quince. It offers a fulfilling taste with a good structure. Pleasant lingering aftertaste.
For good rosé drinkers, this wine will simply marvel and delight. It has a body and permanence in the mouth that it is not common in rosé wines.
Offer it between 8º and 10º C
This wine will conserve its best characteristics during next 2 years.
