80% Garnacha tinta – 15% Cabernet Sauvignon – 5% Syrah.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15°C for 19 days.
Well structured and complex, with a floral nose with hints of red fruits.
Smooth attack with notes of red fruits. Well defined and persistent.
Appropriate to accompany all fish dishes as well as white and read meats.
Ideal for rice and pasta based dishes, with a finish that combines well with paté.
