The vines are grown without using synthetic chemicals (herbicides, pesticides).
Appearance: citrus yellow.
Aroma: intense and aromatic. Aromas of white fruit (apple and pear), almonds and herbs.
Palate: fresh and light in the mouth, with well integrated bubbles.
Predominance of citric sensations on a background of white fruit with roasted notes.
Alcoholic strength: 11,5 º
Total acidity (tartaric): 5.80 grl/l
Volatile acidity: 0.23 gr/l
Reducing sugars: 2.90 gr/l
Total SO2: 88 mg/l
