In the same spirit as the Reserva Extra Brut, with the Nature Clàssic we offer the highest expression of a cava produced by the traditional method.
Whilst respecting the qualities of the most orthodox cava that we cultivate, seeking to express them in the best possible way in the traditional range, we want to go still further and attain an inviting, sophisticated product which differs from the all the rest.
To achieve this, after a long period of searching and experimentation, we have created a personalised, classically inspired “coupage” which we are hugely satisfied with.
The Chardonnay, added to the Pinot Noir, achieves excellence in bouquet and on the palate.
Intense gold with greenish reflections. Very fine bubbles, whole, persistent crown.
Complex yet subtle bouquet, without the predominance of any one variety owing to its balanced "coupage".
Tasty, full-bodied and with hints of glycerol, yielding a wealth of pleasant taste sensations.
Obvious smoothness, it goes perfectly with snacks, seafood and oven-baked fish.
