From a base of well-known native Penedès varieties, plus a high percentage of Chardonnay, we obtain a robust cava that is not without lightness.
Elegant bouquet with the complexity conferred by aging.
Fine yet abundant bubbles. Golden colour tinged with old gold reflections.
Well-integrated notes of aging perceived in the mouth, though with a freshness that continues to surprise.
In short, a wonderful balance between the smooth, fruity character contributed by the blended varieties, and the body resulting from more than 30 months aging.
Suitable for red meats and a variety of roast dishes. Goes well with fish stews.
