It is a soft and harmonious cava, with a very fine and perfectly integrated bubble. Plum yellow color with dense and fruity aromas. Slight acidity in mouth due to the long ageing. It is a dry, ripe and without edges cava with a very long posttaste.
Grilled meat, game dishes and tasty dishes in general. It matches perfectly with copious meals such as Christmas ones.
