Sparkling wine with cava denomination of origin, brut totally nature long aging, elaborated with the classic wine mix, and maintaining the traditional and manual method in the bottling, nurturing and clarification.

Golden yellow and fine and persistent bubble.
It presents an intense fragrance recalling mature apples, with fine notes of reduction (nuts, pastry).
In mouth it’s dry, slightly, a little bit bitter, but showing an excellent aging expression.
Tasty, long and balanced.
Cheese, sausages, red meat and stews.
