Sparkling wine with cava denomination of origin, brut totally nature with young and fresh character but long aging, prepared with the classic wine mix, and maintaining the traditional and manual method in the bottling, nurturing and clarification.
6.000 bot/year
Yellow straw color, with a golden touch.
With an intense fragrance, it’s mature and very fine, with delicate background reduction (honey, herb and mature flowers).
In mouth is dry, creamy, slightly bitter (almond, fine herbs), with a refreshing final touch to lima.
Cheese average healing, white meat, fish, desserts.
