The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks on its own fine lees from November to February in order to give the wine more lubrication and volume, and to prepare it to improve its evolution throughout time.
This is a rosé wine with an attractive colour and a nose of red fruits and spices.
On the palate, it is fresher and strong, well balanced and long.
It goes well with salads, Iberian cold meat assortments, toast with roasted peppers and belly fillet, grilled vegetable platters, fresh pasta, charcoal-grilled snails, roast chicken, rices...
