Limestone texture and frank composition.
August-September.
Selection of grapes in the field and mechanical harvesting at night to take profit of the cool temperature and the grapes reach the winery in perfect condition.
After a short maceration protected from the air, it is pressed, decanted and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16°C.
Pale yellow, clean and bright. In the nose hints of peach and pineapple can be found. The taste is fresh, with good acidity, intense fruit and strong finish.
