Calcareous texture with a high clay content.
Beginning of September
The harvest is carried out at night so that the temperature of the grapes is low and there is no possibility of oxidisation.
Following a brief maceration, the grapes are pressed and then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.
Bright & vivid in colour with green hues.
Clean, crispy aromas, herbaceous, exotic fruits.
In the mouth, very well-balanced acidity & freshness. Long finish.
