Varvall estate in the township of Batea.
Vines 46 years old.
Varieties: 100 % White Garnatxa.
Soil : Chalky and lime soils, with a low permeability. They are poor in organic materials too.
Vinification: Vintage done by hand in 20 Kg boxes. We do a grape skins maceration during 36 hours. Fermentation takes places under temperature control at 16º C.
6.000 botlles.
It does show a golden colour with greenish shades.
Complex aroma that remind pineapple and mango with some tinges of apple and apricot.
In the mouth it is oily, long and persistent.
Retronasal perception collects some floral and fresh mint aromas
This wine can be consumed during the next one year and a half.
