Must made by direct pressing from de-stemmed grapes.
Static debourbage and must fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC.
Bottled-fermented at 13ºC.
Minimum ageing of 18 months in cellar.
Pale colour with greenish yellow reflections. Clean and bright shades.
Pleasant feeling with enough intensity. Fine quality and long persistance.
Pleasant feeling, nice and fluid with a low level of acidity.
Medium bodied and with a sublte consistency.
Elegant aroma on the palate with medium persistance. Floral and fruity nature.
Apperitifs, seafood and fish, roast dishes.
Do not hesitate to use it with all kind of dishes of a feast, from appetizers to desserts.
