Nose: Intense, elegant red fruits aromas (strawberry, raspberry, and fruits of the forest) combined with floral touches (petals of the roses)
Palate: large, rich in red fruits flavours (redcurrant, strawberry and cherry) good balance, agreeable, fresh and persistent after taste.
Excellent pairing with ‘piquillo’ peppers (small red sweet peppers) stuffed with cod and ‘escalivada’ (grilled sweet peppers and aubergines) sauce
