This wine is made with Garnatxa Fina 50% and Merlot 50% from our “Tapas” soil.
The grapes maintain skin contact for between 2 or 3 days, and use either pump-over or “pigeage” methods according to grape variety and the nature of the vintage, giving to the wine a color and a body that just a few Rosé wines have.
Cherry-red intense color.
Amazingly aromatic prevailing sweet strawberries and small red flowers: violets and roses.
Full, rounded and potent to the palate. It brings the floral touch that we noticed in the nose.
The end has a lot of acid red fruits that makes the wine long and sweet-toothed.
Because of the combination of aromatic intensity and the full body, this wine is perfect with grilled vegetables, sea-bass cooked on oven, white meats, lamb and fillet with black pepper sauce.
