Large and comfortable rural house (120 m2) distributed inone level: Living room with a fireplace, sofas and TV, the dining areaand the open kitchen with gas hob, microwave, mixer, fridge, freezer, toster, italian and espresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. 2 double bedroomswith bathroom. 1 twin bedroomwith bathroom. *In order to make our holidays more comfortable, the house has kitchen rags, kitchen paper, toilet paper, salt, a 250ml bottle of extra virgin olive oil and a cleaning kit with three dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap and a scourer. Private garden with porch and barbacue. Shared fenced swimming pool(12 x 6 m) with 3 other houses for 4/5 people each. Maximum 1 dogper reservation, 10 € supplement dog / night.

House And Surroundings

Rural house situated on a estate dedicated to forestry, agriculture and livestock. On this estate there is the owner's house, 3 rural apartments (ref: 13118, ref: 13519 and ref: 13522) and this independant house.
This house has a private garden with porch and barbacue and it is located at the back side of the land. Although the property is shared with other accommodations, this house is very independant because the back part is facing the other accommodations.
The 4 houses enjoy a large garden with the following services to share:
- Fenced shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with a porch; water is treated with electrolosis (disinfecting system without using chemicals)
- Playground with slide, trampoline and swings.
- Room with a ping-pong table.
- A small farm with animals (rabbits, chickens, goats and geese) and orchard.

Things To Do
|
Lladurs is a village of farmhouses situated on Solsonès region, Pre-Pyrenees of Lleida. The estate is surrounded of forests and fields, so there are many routes to enjoy hiking or mountain biking on this area. Besides, the ski resort of Port del Compte is only 20km away and the nordic ski area Tuxient - La Vansa is 29km. Also, Canalda walls are ideal for rock climbing, only 29 km.
Solsona is the capital of the region only 7km away, where we can find a great cultural and gastronomic offer.
An ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of one of the most unkown regions of Catalonia, but not less atractive.
