Pleasant and lively on the palate. Very velvety. Very good balance.
Intense aroma on the palate and long persistance.
Suitable for:
Fish starters.
Finely cooked fish in sauce.
Mushroom sauté.
Young goat cheese.
As an aperitif, gathering and meditation wine.
