Nose: Intense, complex, endless of feelings, stone fruits (peach, apricot, medlar) and exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit) combine with delicates orange blossom bouquets.
Palate: Fruity, fresh, a bit mineral, excellent balance. The olfactory sensations are from de mango and peach, rich in shades. Long and persistent aftertaste.
Cocktail: Prawns, seafood
Salad: Fresh cheese, seafood, and lukewarm of king prawns
Soup: fish, seafood
Fish: oven roasted blue fish or with sauce (oven roasted sole)
