We are especially cautions when selecting the grapes from the vine. Harvesting at night helps to ensure that the grapes arrive at the winery in the optimun condition. The fermentation of each variety takes place in separate places at low temperature and in stainless steel tanks. The final blending is the result of many tasting tests combining the three varieties.
Pale but glowing yellow with grenish reflexes. On the nose, we can discover blended aromas of white fruit (pear, apple) and fresh lime can be gradually perceived.. In the mouth, initially pleasantly acid and fresh. Afterwards, it fills the mouth and expresses good balance. It is long lasting and cleaning.
