NATURAL WINE FROM BIODYNAMIC FARMING.
Our work philosophy in the wine making process is to respect the wine to the maximum, without submitting it to any type of filtered or clarified, and making the fermentations with natural yeasts from the vineyard. Thanks to it, we can make wines almost without sulphur.
Vineyard: Els Bassots.
Location: Prenafeta-Montblanc
Altitude: 450 m
Terroir: Clayey-calcareous.
4 months in French oak.
It’s an intense wine with a blend of aromas reminiscent of ripe fruits and compote, enhanced by citric nuance over a fine wood background. On the palate it is creamy, sweeping, and the balanced acidity assures a great potancial for long aging.
