Transparent, very pale with yellow/green tones.
From the beginning it clearly evokes the variety of grapes of its origin, with the clear scent of Xarel.lo. There are also hints of carbonic features resulting from the long, controlled fermentation process.
The first impression is fruity, fresh and slightly acid with a hint of herbs. Then the taste is mellow with a pleasant floral aftertaste.
A wine with personality, fresh and fruity, with a final aroma which reflects the singular features of the varieties of grapes.
A wine whose qualities evolve well in the bottle if kept in optimum conditions.
All types of pasta, rice, white meat, fish, salads, shellfish.
