This wine shows the good adaptation of the varieties Macabeo (50%), Parellada (35%) and Sauvignon Blanc (15%) to our vineyards on the “Baltana Vella” estate. Pellicular maceration at a very low temperature. Separation of the must and slow fermentation at controlled temperature.
Pale lemon. Expressive aromas of fresh peach, pear, mango, floral notes and a touch of smoke and spice from the oak. Fresh and silky texture, with flavors of green apple and stone fruits. Balanced, with complexity and enveloping finish.
Offer it between 7° and 9°.
