Powerful to fresh and mature fruits, persistent, suggestive and rich in sensations.
In mouth is fresh, and silky, emphasizing elegant aromas of mature fruits as the pear and apple with a slight spice touch. It has a good and balanced acidity that lightens and facilitates the taste but with a long and flavourful post taste.
Wine with personality, fresh and very generous, with an aromatic ending which reflects the
singular features of the varieties of grapes.
A wine whose qualities ensure a very good evolution in the bottle, if kept in optimum conditions.
All type of pasta, rice, white meats, fish, salads and seafood.
