aged white wine made from the Chenin white variety
The vines are grown without using synthetic chemicals (herbicides, pesticides).
Produced from the Chenin white variety, from the French Loire region.
Part of the wine is fermented at a constant temperatura of 16º C in stainless steel vats and the other in American oak casks.
Appearance: Pale yellow with greenish glints.
Aroma: White fruit: peach, apricot. Honey on a hazelnut and vanilla base.
Palate: Well structured in the mouth, glyceric, unctuous, dense and with balanced acidity.
