Our Muscat from Alexandria and our Chardonnay ,they come from our vineyards located in Alt Penedès, at 500 metres above sea level.
The xarel.lo comes from our vineyards in Vilobí del Penedès, into the xarel.lo triangle area.
Maceration with grape skins for 6 hours with carbonic snow to respect their own primary flavours and avoid oxidation.
Pale brilliant color with green reflections.It reminds white flowers,almond tree flower,traditional peach and honeysuckle.
in mouth ,one feels fruit notes but aftertaste is dry,well balanced and fresh with a little touch of sweetness.
Enjoying time: It is perfect with foie,oysters,shrimp cocktail,fish and rice,but in general terms it combines with all the mediterranean dishes.
