Modern and elegant villa for 8 people with private pool located in Cambrils, in an urbanization made up of individual houses surrounded by green areas and bike lanes. Villa Viena is a very spacious house, of about 200 m2, distributed over 2 floors plus a garage with capacity for 1 cars. The first floor has a spacious living room with two sofas, a large table and chairs, wooden stairs lead to the loft with a double bedroom, a private dressing room and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a beautiful and modern fully equipped independent kitchen with a separate space to eat, two bedrooms with two beds and large capacity built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a bathtub for those two rooms. Another room with a double bed, large capacity built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning throughout the house.
The house has a garden area and a private detachable pool with external staircase. The terrace has an awning, sun loungers and a table with chairs to enjoy the summer days.
The 'Vilafortuny' Urbanization is a very quiet area located just 350 meters from the beach and 1 km from the shopping and restaurant area of the fishing village of Cambrils. There is a bus service every 30 minutes in summer, to go to Cambrils or Salou. This house is not rented to groups of young people, or to those under 30 years of age.
